I have been trying to cancel my membership due to financial reasons I could no longer afford it. Told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $63. I told them that if I can’t afford the $33 a month I can’t do $63. I was told there was no way to override that function and I would have to pay $63...
Once you order online you only have 1hr to cancel even though there not open on Sundays to cancel. I’m still looking for this “1hr” cancellation policy. They don’t even ship in time to be saying something like that.
