For months, they ‘forgot’ to reschedule an appt because the cardiologist is out on leave. This was supposed to be the first appt after TAVI (aortic valve replacement). It’s shocking how inept they are!

Avoid Dr. Wallace if you can. Instead of diagnosing my dad’s heart issue or even expressing concern he mocked him for his mobility issues and blamed his weight, turns out he was actually in heart failure no thanks to him and his substandard care.
