Easy check in. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I am claustrophobic and had to take Valium prior and the staff ensured I was safe. The technician kept close contact with me. I had been there in 2018 and went back as I was treated very well then and an easy MRI in 2018.

The girls at the front desk, Porsha and flor I believe, are the faces you want to greet you when walking in for any type of procedure. Both are friendly and helpful creating great first impressions. Nursing staff is kind, helpful, and very supportive.

Just be careful they say something over phone and in person is something else, if you have insurance, they will offer you to do a cash pay, for cheaper!!! and still They’ll ask for your insurance, I don’t understand why !!!!!!

The medical part of the visit went fine. BUT I had to fill out a ton of forms on arrival that I had not seen before and filling them out prior to the procedure was a real hassle.
