Lindora has been such a great experience for me. The staff there is so friendly and always has tips or tricks to keep you on track. I lost the twenty pounds I wanted to and have continued to go twice a week to keep it off. Very happy with the program and the staff!

The program is very easy once you get the hang of it. The nurses are super nice and have wonderful tips. They have certain foods there some are good some are meh but they are good for options. Give it a try!
