Have had visits here and Sutter Gould 600 Coffee Road as well. Building, equipment, lab and personnel are great. Everyone’s experience varies based on work load, wait times, and attitudes. Just about all visitors there are not feeling well, hence the reason of their visit and negativity can be high....

I was there for a Dr. Nambisan appointment, andLady in the front desk is kind of rude, she will not let explain everything and will deny any kind of service not mattering the situation. She wont listen to me and she just told me to leave.
